"Jeremy spoke in class today". The haunting word's of the hit single Jeremy from grunge band Pearl Jam resonates strongly in the hearts of listeners since it's release for their debut album, Ten. But a lot of people might not know that Jeremy was in fact based on a real person, Jeremy Wade Delle. And his story is just as tragic as the song and subsequently controversial music video made him out to be. Today, we learn about who Jeremy is and why Eddie Vedder wrote the song in the first place.
