During the repressive Reagan Administration, politicians tried to crack down on music they dubbed as "porn rock" aka heavy metal, that they deemed to be offensive to children. Dee Snider of Twisted Sister and other musicians went to speak with Congress in a battle against music censorship with the intent of destigmatizing rock music. We go through all of this and more on today's episode.
