Ernesto è di Brescia e la ragione che l’ha portato in NZ è la sua passione per il rugby. In effetti il rugby fa parte della sua famiglia da tre generazioni, suo nonno è stato uno dei soci fondatori del Rugby Brescia, club storico italiano che si prepara a festeggiare il centenario. Bernie, come è conosciuto nell’ambiente sportivo, si definisce un giocatore agguerrito di taglia piccola che ha avuto la fortuna di conoscere e giocare con rugbisti australiani e neozelandesi di altissima qualità. Per lui il rugby è uno stile di vita, uno sport eccezionale fatto di amicizie che durano tutta la vita. Ci parla della storia del rugby, governata dagli inglesi che hanno permesso il professionismo solo nel 1987, ai primi mondiali vinti dagli All Blacks. Ci parla delle squadra femminile italiana di rugby che sta andando molto bene, più performante di quella maschile. Ernesto è anche un imprenditore nel campo delle rifiniture edili con un’azienda in Italia e con progetti a livello internazionale. Tre anni fa ha iniziato un’attività di pavimentazioni in Nuova Zelanda, in società con cari amici del rugby. Passione e lavoro a 360 gradi...!
