It’s my pleasure to present the latest episode of One Happy Podcast featuring Alessandra Colandrea, who despite being a relative newcomer in the Aruba vacationing scene has already jumped right in with both feet by buying her own condominium unit in the island. Today we’re here to listen to her Aruba story and it’s bound to be exciting.

She first visited the island on July 2015, after being convinced by her sister who is a longtime Aruba vacationer and parents who recently bought a house in Aruba. And as expected, it was love at first sight. Not long after, she decided to purchase a condo unit at The Pearl Condo Hotel which she named “Blue Marble”. The main reason which brought her to this decision is that her entire family loves Aruba so she’s positive that they can always visit the unit together when they want to.

With its capacity of 9 people, it is ideal for large groups like families or friends. It can also be divided into a smaller space for couples. There is a 20% discount for the rental rate until August this year so be sure to grab it if you have the chance! She has an amazing team that manages the unit for her while she’s away so rest assured that you are in good hands should you decide to rent it out.

Alessandra also supports local artists by commissioning them to decorate her unit and her goal is a “vacation rental with a cause”. She plans to give a certain percentage to charity foundations with the profit she makes. Truly, Alessandra does not only have an adventurous spirit but also a heart of gold.
