026- Your social media you

I think it’s safe to say that many of us act differently around different groups of people. I doubt many people would talk to their boss or their grandmother about their wild weekend escapades or the juicy details of their latest love interest, details that friends may be highly interested in.

It comes as no surprise that people put on a different face when interacting on social media. Of course we want to make ourselves look good, especially when everyone else’s lives seem so great! We tend to compare ourselves to what we see of our friends on social media. But what we forget is that everyone has their struggles, even if we don’t see them.

Featuring a guest star, this episode dives into the good and bad of how we choose to portray ourselves on social media.
