She's the author of two cookbooks. her newest being the recent Shuk: From Market to Table, the Heart of Israeli Home Cooking which she wrote with her friend, food writer Janna Gur. She is the owner of Balaboosta, Taim, and the new Kish-Kash restaurant in New York. She knows that to love someone is to cook for them.
