She’s the executive chef of the Garrison Institute (where she even cooked for the Dalai Lama), she’s the author of Fresh Cooking, the owner of Fresh Company (a prestigious Hudson Valley caterer), and she’s now the owner of the fabulous new restaurant Dolly’s in Garrison, NY.
