Emma Barr joined the RCM in 2014 working her way up to her current position advising the college on their events and training programme, running more than 80 events a year. This includes curating the RCM’s webinar series, producing the education, research, trade union and annual conferences. In the past year Emma has managed the transition from face to face to virtual events and trained a team to help deliver these to the RCM’s members.
