Vi stämmer in i hyllningskören och minns magnifika Birgit Nilsson, som föddes för 100 år sedan. Mezzosopranen Susanne Resmark berättar om sina möten med en av alla tiders största operasångerskor.
Veckans gäst har varit en del av den fasta solistensemblen på operahusen i både Göteborg och Köpenhamn. Dessutom har hon gjort stora roller på exempelvis La Scala i Milano, Metropolitan i New York, festspelen i Salzburg och på operan i San Francisco. Under en lång tid var hon bosatt några stenkast från Birgit Nilssons hem i Västra Karup och genom åren utvecklade de båda sångerskorna en vänskap.
