With over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry, Kathleen is an Associate Director with Jacobs working as a Framework Manager delivering projects for a local authority in North West England. Having worked in a male dominated environment for her entire career, she is passionate about promoting gender equality, inclusion and STEM, and over the last 5 years she has become an advocate for positive mental health in the workplace.
