Today I'm going to present the OTR Academy's SMART principle.
SMART is an acronym created by CDL Steve to reflect 5 very important foundational principles necessary for success as an Over-The-Road commercial driver.
S.M.A.R.T. stands for the following words:
- SAFE
- MOTIVATED
- ATTITUDE
- RELATIONSHIPS, and
- TIME
