The Word (of God) is akin to the water or snow that falls on the earth and when it gets mixed with the earth (the faith of man), eventually it brings forth the fruit that the Word declared from heaven intended. The Word, with the cooperation and willing submission of man, is to execute the Lord's will (His pleasure), show the Lord's ways (His manner of life), and manifest God's works in the earth. The Man Jesus Christ epitomized that for us all.
