Welcome to the first episode of Our Thing.
We kick off with an investigation prompted by an experience I had with the “Thai Mafia” while studying abroad. What began as a simple question (who rules Thailand’s underworld?) became a trip down the rabbit hole as I encountered increasingly difficult questions. When I followed the money and asked who the real boss was I discovered – the Royal Thai Police.
