Jen Gotch is a creative entrepreneur who cares about color and quirk. She founded ban.do with a friend in 2008, and transformed it from a small, vintage, one-of-a-kind hair accessories company into a multimillion dollar brand. After selling ban.do, Jen has remained on as the chief creative officer and fearless leader of the ban.do team, and has also become an important activist in the realm of mental health. Jen shares about her own mental illness, depression, divorce, and more of her genuine life experiences on her personal social media channel, and leaves almost no topic untouched. She was my most requested guest from all of you, and so I loved getting to have her over to my place to talk about something she’s never discussed on her online platform… her choice to not have kids.
