1. Drink more water and less sugary drinks.

  • Require children to bring water bottles

2. Watch less screen time.

  • Send home outdoor activities for families to do at home together

3. Be more physically active.

  • Add cooperative games into your outdoor classrooms' curricula.

4. Eat more fruits and veggies.

  • Grow a Garden the Feeds.

5. Get more and better-quality sleep.

  • Introduce an APP to calculate if your time outdoors is increasing better-quality sleep.
