Jo and I spent Labor Day building a table, and we look back on the chaos of our many trips to the hardware store and differing approaches to DIY projects. Buckle in as we delve into fantasy baseball/football, fashion influences, and the crucial art of emotional regulation. We also dig into how emotional regulation plays a vital role in conflict resolution and how these skills can be translated to parenting.
Topping off the episode, we ponder on parenting, podcasting, and your voicemails. We share tips on the parenting currency of popsicles and the importance of maintaining identity outside of parenthood. And, of course, we couldn't resist discussing more serious issues like family conflicts and identity crises. So, whether you're a DIY enthusiast, a fantasy baseball player, someone navigating emotional regulation or a parent, there's something in this episode for everyone!
We're looking forward to an anticipated upcoming episode focused on intimacy and sex, and we're eager to hear your thoughts, so don't forget to send in your voicemails or emails with questions!
