We're celebrating International Women's Day by bringing you interviews with Dr Sanjee Perera and Professor Rhonda Sharp to explore gender diversity in the workplace. We look at how far we've come, and seek advice on how we can continue to grow as individuals and in turn, as a society.

Thank you to Dr Perera from UniSA's CWeX and Professor Sharp from the Research Centre for Gender Studies in the Hawke Research Institute for featuring in our episode.
