Should you sell your current home before buying a new one or buy a new one before selling the old one?
It's a complex decision, and there are pros and cons to both options. So, let's take a closer look at each option.
First, let's explore the option of selling before buying.
The main advantage of this approach is that you'll have a clear picture of how much money you have to work with when you're looking for a new home.
You'll know your budget and can search for a new home accordingly.
Another advantage of selling first is that you won't have the stress of owning two homes at once, which can be financially and emotionally taxing.
You can focus on selling your home without worrying about the pressure of finding a new one.
