"6 figure burnout is common" I was told when I was burnt-out & suicidal in 2018. It happened just after a $100k week where my system went into shut down after years of hustle, pushing & proving. My worthiness was linked to how much I made and what I achieved.
It was one of the hardest times of my life and the greatest gift.
It supported my conscious awakening, shifted the entire trajectory of my life & business and allowed me to heal my high functioning anxiety & trichotillomania (pulling out my hair) which for so long was "normal" for me.
