CEO of swim swim swim I Say talks Family Fun Fitness and Prevention Agnes Davis, CEO of swim swim swim I SAY (sssIS, www.swimswimswimisay.com (http://www.swimswimswimisay.com), the only female owned and operated swimming company based in Upper Manhattan servicing Harlem and the Bronx teaches just more than swimming to over 100 students and families. The mission of sssIS is to introduce healthy habits to students in and out of the water while encouraging changes to reduce diabetes, hypertension and drowning in African-American and Hispanic families. 5 years ago Agnes Davis was wrongfully terminated from her job at a top New York City hospital and had to reinvent. She went back to school, used her savings to get certified and launched swim swim swim I Say. Davis’ company teaches instructional swimming to children and adults in her neighborhood of Harlem and at CUNY Hostos College. “February is the celebration of love - Valentine’s Day and Go Red month. Everyone will be thinking about love and the best symbol is a heart. Let’s start eating better and exercising our hearts for at least 30 minutes a day. With the addition of swimming in one’s daily routine - children and families will feel better and practice great heart health,” beams Agnes Davis. About Swim Swim Swim I Say: swim swim swim I SAY teaches tots, children and adults swimming and water safety. What makes swim swim swim I SAY unique compared to other swimming companies is their Fear of Water to Loving the Water Swimming program that they wrote, copyrighted and trademarked. In addition, swim swim swim I SAY instructs individuals with Special Needs that most companies will not work with or have little experience working with.
