The incident, of a sexual nature, prompted Ross to explore how one could prove such intimate experiences with spirits. Despite conducting experiments, the evidence fell short of scientific validation due to the lack of appropriate equipment. Seeking assistance, Ross approached inventor Chad Goodwin.
