Is their a leader in your household, is that leader you? Remember what is was like to be a kid, the things your parents said and/or did. Were they good leaders? What things did you say you would never do, when you became a parent. Kelly suggest maybe a wife swap to see how good Mark and the kids have it, Mark was thinking something else. Have a listen and see, if your more like your parents then you think. Begin 2020 in the driver’s seat and become the leader you were meant to be.
