I’m pleased to share our 9th episode at Corner.RED. This time Ricardo Seguel, Cofradía Náutica del Pacífico’s sailor, joined the podcast from Algarrobo, Chile.

Ricardo’s first sailing steps were inspired by his father and finds the sea a fascinating place in which he enjoys navigating both for leisure and professionally. He represented Chile as a Laser Radial sailor at the 2019 Worlds Youth in Gdynia, Poland. This October, he will participate in the Sunfish World Championship that will take place in Sarasota, FL, USA.

Through this 19 minutes-long interview, our guest goes through his training routine, both physical and psychological and also shares some interesting facts about the 3 sailing classes he competes professionally on, those being Laser Radial, standard Laser and Sunfish. A surf lover, he enjoys having fun with his friends on top of his surfboard at Chile’s extended coastline, he also enjoys reading psychology books, an area he’s passionate about and that he would like to study in University.

I hope you like this relaxed talk with our guest, see you in our next episode!
