PP028 | Helen Schafer: In Episode #28 of Passion & Prosperity, I speak with Helen Schafer. Helen is the Co-Founder of Tiny House Coffee. After growing up on a horse farm in North Carolina and completing her studies at the University of Miami, Helen joined the Peace Corps and was placed in Nicaragua where she volunteered as a Community Health Educator. Coincidentally, she ended up living in San Fernando, Nicaragua which is famous for its coffee production. Helen worked directly with the farmers in her role as a health educator and learned a bunch about coffee along the way. She went on to start Tiny House Coffee along with her partner Blake Thomas. I hope you enjoy!
