Farah Ramzan Golant is CEO of kyu EMEA: A collective of creative companies that Farah (rhymes with Sarah) leads in a rare and vigorous role to evaluate creative partnerships, incite ideas, ignite and activate collaborations and identify which "epic" projects and campaigns to help green-light. She says of her role, "I am inspired to imagine a future in which the global creative industries collaborate in new and unconventional ways to address the world’s most complex challenges." "SIGNIFICANCE over SUCCESS" Over the course of the 90 minute Zoom (this podcast is edited for highlights) we discussed what makes her tick, what makes her excited and the challenges at hand, that she invites. Having been employed by the best international advertising agencies, she is now helping to run this collective from her remote home office in England, where she enjoys doubles tennis with her husband and two kids while home from college. And yes, there's the Wimbledon games and London is enjoying some warm sunny weather. And Farah is enjoying her very British cup of tea. Born in Nairobi, Africa to Muslim parents, she married a Jewish Canadian, and Farah has also worked all over the world, rich and poor countries. She has a unique POV. Having studied languages in college, Farah speaks multiple languages, and has a very open view of the world. She has helped to make positive change for impoverished girls and young women with Nike's advocacy organization, Girl Effect, and continues to support women's initiatives in arts, culture and philanthropy. I am the host and producer and I am thrilled, honored and delighted to share this episode of PASSION TO POWER. My own background includes work as a creative director-choreographer-producer and currently I manage people and projects for More Zap Productions & Management http://www.morezap.com from my remote home office in the Los Angeles area. Instagram: @morezap1 -Michelle Zeitlin, the Hollywood iNsider with a little 'i.' If you are interested in more information on this podcast, or to pitch a guest for a future episode, please reach out by email to morezap@gmail.com and/or visit http://www.passion-power.com to learn about our coaching sessions for individuals and groups, customized workshops and events.
