She assists women in recovering and healing physically and emotionally from their cancer experience, as well as re-establishing their self-image, relationships, and overall quality of life. She has completed her medical education from the premier medical schools in India and the United Kingdom. She holds an MBBS from Grant Medical College in Mumbai, an MS from Mumbai University, an FRCS from the Royal College of Surgeons in Glasgow in the United Kingdom, and a PG diploma in Breast Oncoplasty (University of East Anglia, UK). She also works at Grant Medical College as an assistant professor of surgery.
