Throughout the scriptures God makes himself known, to His people, by many names. These names were all representative of an attribute of His character and His power. They were descriptive of what He is able and what He’s willing to do in the lives of His people. He used these names to paint a picture of Himself, so that you and I would know that we don’t have to worry, because He’s capable of helping us through everything we’ll ever face in life. All of these names (combined) tells us a complete story about the God that we serve. That’s why one name couldn’t do it. Our God’s power is so vast and unlimited, that it took many names to paint 🎨 a complete picture of His Omnipotence. Today, we’re going to paint a picture of the God that we serve.
