In 2018, Sasha and her family bought their first home. As the primary caretaker of the family, she wanted to assist her husband with income coming into the house. The goal was to add an extra $500 to the grocery budget.
With that, Figueroa Virtual Services was born!
As a new business owner, Sasha was scared and excited at the same time.
The company started with the focus of providing Virtual Assistant services to small businesses that couldn't afford to hire a full-time employee. It wasn't long before she saw that even though a virtual assistant was important for the client, there were deeper issues plaguing the business. Sasha quickly saw the need for systems, outweighed the need for highering just yet. In 2019 FVS shifted its focus to Operations and Project Management. They needed to help the business on a deeper level, not just admin support.
Since 2019 FVS strives every day to create an all-in-one simplified system to save your company time and money. ClickUp has allowed them to accomplish this. The simplified systems will allow your team to, increase efficiency with the day-to-day activities, team cohesiveness, and transparency across all projects. It is imperative to keep the CEOs out of the day-to-day so they can focus on the items only they can do. Their goal is to give their clients the capacity and peace of mind to transform their vision without deadlines being missed.
