mouse mover mac is a small tool that serves only one purpose: to keep your Mac awake. When you have a long task to complete on your computer, it's inconvenient to have to turn off your screensaver and the sleep timer, only to have to turn it all back on again when you're finished. (The "never sleep" corner will prevent your screensaver from kicking in, but it will not stop your machine from falling asleep.) What you really want is a little helper who will occasionally bump your mouse to keep your machine alert. Jiggler is his name.
Jiggler simply wiggles your mouse every now and then to keep your machine awake and happy. Run it when you want to stay awake. Quit when you don't want to. You can even use it while working because you can configure it to not wiggle your mouse unless your computer has been idle for a while. You can also configure it to:
Jiggle only when your machine is actively working to prevent it from falling asleep in the middle of a long job.
When inserting an unburned CD or DVD, jiggle it to ensure that it does not fall asleep while burning.
jiggle whenever iTunes is playing to avoid interruptions to your music
If your machine needs to stay awake, jiggle whenever a specific application is running!
