Life is a constant ride of ups and downs. When road bumps come up, it’s important to know how to adapt well so that it doesn’t derail you for long. Resilience and the ability to adapt is imperative in order to move ahead, keep going and to stay on top of your game, as you are susceptible to things happening at any time so you need to be “game face” ready.
