Coronavirus is no laughing matter, and while I feel truly optimistic that this too shall pass, I think it is important to be as prepared as possible to protect and support yourself and others while we go through this as a society. With so much misinformation, assumptions, random sources, various opinions, so called experts, so many band camps of people ranging from this is not a big deal to bleep hitting the fan in panic… it can feel overwhelming to know what is fact versus fear, healthy versus harmful and fiction versus reality. So I decided to bring on a guest who is a credible source of information to provide information on what Covid-19 is, the effects it’s going to have on us physically and mentally and also what we can do about it, with a guest who I trust. Dr. Russell Kennedy, aka "The Anxiety MD", is a medical doctor and neuroscientist. He studies how our mind tricks us. Specifically, how the human mind convinces us it is making things better when in reality it is making things much worse. Dr Russ will show you how to SEE your mind so you don't have to BE your mind.
