When did you notice that the world isn’t what you thought, peers?


For today’s guest, she grew up surrounded by strong and independent women. It wasn’t until she was 12 years-old when she realised the impact that gender inequalities have on society. But, as a result of her upbringing, Paloma Schackert now dedicates herself to creating jobs for women in the apparel manufacturing industry.
