In this episode we continue the conversation with Master Su Yin Han around training of White Crane Kung Fu.
Why is it harder for people in the West to learn Kung Fu?
How important is it to understand the secrets of Kung Fu verses just getting on and, well, training?
Master Su indicates that practitioners of white crane kung fu who have trained for some time and attained a certain level then need to take on Chinese culture, specifically Daoist philosophy including Bagua, Yin-Yang and 5 elements theory to compliment the ability to generate hard and soft power.
But, before you get there and for many of us - just train, or as Master Su puts it - "Just ******* do it!!"
