What occur between the hour of 3:45 pm and 4:45 pm June 30, 2013? The Department of Forestry does not want the truth revealed. Their cover up was published as the Serious Accident Investigation Report (SAIR - https://dffm.az.gov/yarnell-hill-report-available). Arizona Division of Occupational Safety and Health report tried their best to discover what happened (ADOSH - http://www.npstc.org/download.jsp?tableId=37&column=217&id=2944). Yet, they even missed some key discoveries. Deborah Pfingston and Doug Harwood, through their investigation and diligence, pull back the shadow. They discuss the gross negligence that led to the death of Deborah's son and Doug's good friends.
