For all of you out there who are driven to succeed, you probably know what it’s like to get moving so fast on the ladder to your dreams that you forget to pause, notice, and celebrate the successes that got you to where you are today, in the first place! Those of us who are driven and passionate move fast, and we always have our eye on the prize, but that can actually be a hindrance. If we don’t stop to ‘smell the roses,’ so to speak, what will stand out to us at the end of our career is not our accomplishments, but our setbacks.
