  2. As a startup, you've seen the ups and downs of adding people really quickly. How do you think about hiring the next person when you're trying to ramp up quickly?
  3. How do you balance the speed of a hire vs. quality?
  4. What are some techniques that you've used in the past to hire people who aren't looking for a job?
  5. How do you assess a candidate's profile? What are some common red flags that you see? What are some key 'highlights' that you identify?
  6. What are your thoughts on diversity?
  7. What are some resources that have helped you become an expert in hiring startup talent?
