Deo Mwano takes us into one of his recent presentation on Juneteenth. He emphasis how Juneteenth is not just a black holiday but an all American holiday. In this presentation he talks about his experiences as Congolese immigrant learning about the black experience and taking ownership of it after resettling to America as a young boy. He also talks about the important of not being passive and dismissive of black history and the black experience.
