When I am not writing, I love to experiment with still and motion photography as well as other mediums of storytelling. I hosts two mental health-specific podcasts, Inner Monologue and Stages. Inner Monologue is an interview format where I provide a platform for others to share their story of trial and triumph. Stages, my latest podcast project, is more of an audio diary where I share the journey of my mental health as I navigate grief and the ever-changing stages of life.
