Katie believes in a holistic approach to healing. She has studied a wide range of Western psychological approaches and Eastern healing techniques. Katie is passionate about helping her clients to heal the past, find more peace in the present and to create their best possible future. Her mission is to bring together the science of psychology to the practice of spirituality. She offers consultation services, sessions, workshops and resources for organizations and modern-day spiritual seekers.

She lives in Calgary, Alberta Canada with her daughter and rescue dog. When she is not holding space in her practice or working on her latest project you can find her exploring the Rocky mountains or on her yoga mat.
