If you want to remain in academia after completing your PhD, becoming a postdoc is not the only option. In this episode, we speak to Luke Devereux who recently completed his PhD and now works as a lecturer at Middlesex University.
Luke talks us through his academic journey, from completing his undergraduate degree to his current role. We discuss the importance of getting teaching experience along the way, changing subjects between undergrad and postgrad education, what his daily life of a lecturer looks like and more.
