In this episode, we will be talking about how to be happy from the wisdom of Lao Tzu. Lao Tzu, was an ancient Chinese philosopher and writer who is known to be the founder of Taoism. Taoism is a philosophy which emphasizes becoming one with the rhythms of nature - is called “the way” or “tao”.
