Lou Savelli

Lou Savelli retired as the Detective Supervisor of the NYPD Terrorist Interdiction Unit after 25 years as a police officer/detective and supervisor with most of his career spent conducting investigations on gangs, drug traffickers, international drug traffickers, organized crime, terrorists and other criminals.

After his retirement, he has conducted thousands of hours of physical surveillance during a variety of private investigations. Mr. Savelli has been instructing physical surveillance for the past 25 years and has trained law enforcement officers across the US and overseas in basic and advanced physical surveillance tactics.

He is a subject matter expert and court expert on criminal investigations, drug investigations, surveillance, undercover operations and terrorism. His investigations have been featured in magazines, newspapers, Internet news, the History Channel.

Lou Savelli has seized hundreds of millions of dollars of drug money, several tons of illegal narcotics, over one thousand illegal guns, and millions of dollars of stolen vehicles, He has appeared on TV News shows, documentaries and radio programs and has written 20 books on law enforcement-related topics.

Chief James Partee (retired)

James Partee is a retired Chief of Police and an experienced police investigator and private investigator with over 30 years of investigative experience.

During his law enforcement career, he was assigned as a detective, detective sergeant, detective lieutenant, and investigations division commander.

He has conducted a wide variety of interviews and interrogations as well as numerous successful telephone interviews. Presently, he conducts numerous investigative telephone interviews on a daily basis pursuant to his private-sector investigative responsibilities.

Chief Partee is a practitioner of the R.E.S.P.E.C.T System of Telephone Interviewing and a certified master instructor for this system.

Chief Partee has extensive experience testifying in court, at hearings and at depositions related to his investigations, report writing and interviews.
