Jake (or 0FJAKE) is a pseudonymous blogger, life coach, and fellow podcaster. His latest project, Base Colors, uses hex codes to enable users to mint any color and own it as a digital asset or NFT. Jake opens up about the inspiration for this project and what led him to get into the crypto space in the first place.

We go deep into the nitty-gritty of crypto, memecoins, and more in this episode. So, If that’s your jam, you’ll definitely want to tune in and keep it locked. I ask Jake about MOG coin, which is a coin I like. I also pitch Jake my NFT project idea about how everyone should have an NFT of their own soul. How cool would that be?

More on Jake now: we met on Twitter back in March or April. We've emailed a decent amount since then. I don't know much about him and no one really knows much about him actually because his real identity is a mystery, which I mentioned at the top. I thought Jake was super chill and easy to talk to, I liked how confident he is in his statements. That's always a good trait. What I attempted in talking to him was to peel back some of the mysterious "Jake layers" as I like to refer to them in my head, and slowly uncover the fruit, so to speak, within.

Topics discussed:

- Minimal viable coffee brewing

- Our favourite colours

- What is colour anyway?

- is the yellow you see the same–

- Warpcast

- Klein Blue

- Building an army of bots

- The secret about AirPods

- Wallets

- Running it back

- Simply existing

- Lifting heavy objects

- Scraping data
