Reality TV shows are among the most popular programs aired in the UK. And because they're cheap to produce because there's no need to pay for writers or actors, their popularity has soared in recent years. But as TV production companies are pressured to go bigger and engineer more high stakes drama to keep viewers hooked, are they exploiting the contestants on their shows?
