You might have seen videos during lockdown of people quoting the Magna Carta and saying they don't consent to any laws. Often calling themselves Freeman Of The Land, this movement relies on the principle that common law requires a person's consent in order to be enacted. But is there any truth in this?

We invited comedian and barrister Chris Kehoe (also of Fully Legal podcast) to discuss whether or not being a Freeman Of The Land has any legal basis.
