As we head into June, it’s time for Jonathan from Pinball Magazine and Martin from Pinball News to look back at all the excitement in the month of May together with the first day of the new month in the latest edition of the Pinball Industry News PINcast. They begin with the latest news of a new game launch by a brand new pinball manufacturer in France, Hexa Pinball, and the addition of an iconic song and multiball mode to the Queen game from Pinball Brothers. There’s also news of the ramping-up of production of Queen games following the creation of their Euro Pinball Corp. manufacturing business with Pedretti Gaming. They check in with David Fix, Executive Vice President at American Pinball, to find out the latest on the Galactic Tank Force game and what’s currently happening at their factory in Palatine, Illinois. There’s lots more news including new appointments and new products from Stern Pinball, while a battle-for-the-backbox develops as two new toppers emerge for the popular Godzilla game. There are also production updates from Jersey Jack Pinball, Multimorphic, Dutch Pinball and Pinball Adventures amongst others, along with lots of factory tour videos to enjoy. Of course, there are plenty of code updates to include too, while the duo also discuss the more controversial developments such as the upgrade kit for Fathom Revisited, the potential Harry Potter licence and what’s been happening with the Deeproot case. It’s another packed PINcast, so make sure you listen to ensure you haven’t missed out on what’s been happening in the pinball world.
