Our Guest: Michael Ayala-White, a Buffalo NY native, is a Trauma Informed Certified Coach who is located in Buffalo, NY, but his certification is global and does remote coaching with clients all over the country. He specializes in addiction recovery, inner child work, and trauma informed coaching. He talks about the differences between toxic shame and everyday shame and how to work on them in healthy ways.
