Hola my friends, in this episode of the podcast I got the opportunity to talk with Brian Mahan who is an author and therapist, he wrote a book called "I cried all the way to happy hour".

We discussed very interesting topics related to healing trauma from its roots, rather than using things to treat the symptoms which can make the issue disappear, but after a while come back stronger. I also got to know that we can easily go through life been traumatized and not knowing anything about it, but experiencing defeats when it comes to romantic relationships, work, life goals, etc. But the conversation got even more interesting when we start talking about narcissism, the cruel disorder that one can have and have the power to destroy our own life and the life of the people around us, when it comes to the cure of such disorder Brian told me that this, still a topic of discussion and as the alcoholic how denies his alcoholism can not get cure the narcissistic that ignores his situation can never get cure either.

I invite you to listen to this conversation, and please let me know your thoughts in the comments sections, I appreciate you being here, and I hope you enjoy.
