In this episode, PlanetLaundry Editor Bob Nieman chats with Kent Wales from Spokane, Wash. He and his wife, Monica, are the owners of Happy Laundry & Dry Cleaning – a company that specializes in commercial laundry, personal laundry, and drycleaning services.
Wales also is an Eagle Scout with a lifelong passion for leadership. What’s more, he purchased his first business after playing Robert Kiyosaki’s board game, “Cashflow” – where he frequently won the game by purchasing “coin-operated businesses.” Interestingly, Kent’s first corporate job was with Boeing as an industrial engineer.
