Moving right along with our 2018 NFL Draft position-by-position series, the CPGM Front Office analyzes the second level of the defense, the linebackers. Prior to our thoughtful and poignant analysis of the 2018 NFL Draft Class prospects at the linebacker position, as is customary CPGM Headley provides his “Word of the Day/Phrase” and CPGM Drew offers his “Top 5 Headlines”.
We also discuss a new rule change that on its surface suggests that the league office and owners are concerned about the health of the players but CPGM is skeptical. We also discuss the Los Angeles Rams’ addition of Ndamukong Suh to an already impressive down line and what it means for an Aaron Donald contract extension. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers were active last week adding defensive end Jason Pierre-Paul to an anemic pass rush for a third round selection so naturally Drew is excited. And then of course, there’s Odell Beckham Jr. and the rumblings and rumors that he may be traded. The CPGM Front Office breaks it all down.
The CPGM Podcast shifts to the 2018 NFL Draft as we delve into the respective methodology used by Headley and Drew when they evaluate linebackers.
